Moving a school to its own platform
From Telegram and Zoom to your own platform

What we move
Lessons and recordings
From Telegram, Zoom, YouTube, Google Drive, Kajabi, Teachable or Thinkific: everything that exports; the rest we move by hand.
Students and access
The student list with plans and access dates, new-login emails, saved progress.
Payments
Stripe, WayForPay or LiqPay, plans, paying the difference to upgrade.
Funnels
Bots, emails, live sessions and a free lesson as the way in, rebuilt with analytics.
How the move goes
Teaching goes on
The old channel keeps running while students move. We switch the cohort on an agreed date and everyone gets a new-login email.
Recordings become lessons
Long recordings are cut into short lessons with notes, a diagram and a test. A short lesson is easier to finish.
Your own student base
The CRM shows who paid, who is learning and who dropped out. Repeat sales and reminders run on that data.
Your own platform
With the Turnkey option the school gets the code and its own server: from then on you pay for hosting instead of a platform fee.
The same seven-stage process
- 01Unpacking the expertiseAn expertise map: who the course is for, the result it delivers, what your method stands on.
- 02Market reviewA competitor table and the topics your course covers better than the rest.
- 03Programme and product ladderThe course programme and plans, ready for your sign-off.
- 04Lesson productionFinished lessons, loaded into the platform.
- 05The school: site, LMS, CRM, paymentsA working school where every request and payment sits on the student's card.
- 06Marketing launchA flow of requests and a report on what one student costs.
- 07Sales and iterationA course that gets better with every cohort.

Is there a Kajabi or Teachable alternative without a platform fee?
Yes: your own school site with a learning platform and CRM. With the Turnkey option the school gets the code and its own server, and from then on you pay for hosting instead of a monthly platform fee.
Will students lose access?
Access moves as a list with plans and dates. The old channel closes after students have signed in to the new platform.
Can you move a course from Kajabi or Teachable?
Yes. Everything the platform exports moves automatically; the rest moves by hand from the lesson list.
How long does the move take?
In our experience, usually 3–6 weeks. It depends on the number of lessons, students and how many recordings need recutting.
