Integrated advertising services mean planning and running one campaign across several channels at once, such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, email and offline media, with a shared goal, one message, one media plan and one report.

In short
- We start from a brief and market research, then write the campaign strategy and media plan.
- Every channel carries the same message and design, adapted to its format.
- Online channels are tracked in GA4 with UTM tags; offline channels get their own codes, phone numbers or landing pages.
- In our experience, a campaign usually goes live three to six weeks after the brief is approved.
- The cost depends on the number of channels, the creative volume and the campaign length; media budgets are paid separately.
What an integrated advertising campaign includes
- Brief and research. Your goals, product, audience and budget, plus a review of competitors and the channels they use.
- Campaign strategy. Goal and KPIs, key message, target segments and the role of each channel in the funnel.
- Media plan. A table with channels, formats, placements, dates and budget split, which you approve before launch.
- Creative concept. One visual and verbal idea turned into banners, video scripts, ad texts, landing page blocks and print layouts.
- Online channels. Google Ads search and display, YouTube, Meta Ads Manager for Facebook and Instagram, TikTok Ads, email and SEO support where it fits.
- Offline channels. Outdoor, print, radio or events, booked with media vendors you approve and tied to the online part through codes or dedicated pages.
- Landing pages. Pages for the campaign with forms, events and tracking configured in Google Tag Manager.
- Analytics and reporting. GA4, UTM tagging, conversion tracking and a single report that shows each channel side by side.
Types of campaigns we plan
A campaign can launch a new product, support sales of an existing one, open a new region or build brand awareness. By scale it can be local, national or cover several countries; by length, a short burst of a few weeks or a programme that runs for several months with planned waves. The mix of channels follows the goal: a product launch leans on reach channels such as YouTube and display, while sales support leans on search, remarketing and email.
How we build the campaign
- Brief and research. You fill in a brief; we study the market, the audience and competitors.
- Strategy and KPIs. We agree the goal, message, segments and how success will be measured.
- Media plan and budget. Channels, placements, dates and budget split in one table.
- Creatives and pages. Design, texts, video scripts and landing pages for every channel.
- Launch and management. We launch the channels and adjust bids, audiences and creatives.
- Analysis of results. A final report on reach, leads, sales and cost per result.
How long does it take to launch an integrated campaign?
In our experience, preparation usually takes three to six weeks: one to two weeks for research, strategy and the media plan, and the rest for creatives, landing pages and account setup.
The timeline depends on the number of channels, how fast materials are approved, whether video has to be shot, and lead times for offline media. Outdoor and print placements are often booked weeks in advance, so we plan them first.
What affects the cost
Our fee and the media budget are separate lines. The fee depends on:
- the number of channels and markets in the campaign;
- the volume of creatives: banner sets, videos, print layouts, landing pages;
- campaign length and how often we report and adjust;
- whether the strategy and research are ordered as a separate stage;
- the amount of analytics setup needed before launch.
What we need from you
- A filled brief: product, goals, audience, markets, dates and budget.
- Brand guidelines, logos and existing materials.
- Access to Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4 and the website, or permission to create them in your name.
- One person who approves the media plan and creatives.
What you get and how it is measured
Each channel is measured by the same rules, so you can compare them fairly:
- the approved strategy, media plan and all campaign creatives;
- reach, clicks and cost per result for each channel;
- leads and sales attributed in GA4 and in your CRM;
- a final report with conclusions for the next campaign.
Why integrated campaigns need one contracted team
When several contractors each run their own channel, the pieces rarely add up. Typical problems:
- different messages and designs in each channel, so the campaign is hard to recognise;
- each contractor reports its own numbers, and nobody can compare channels;
- budget spread evenly across channels with no link to the funnel;
- offline placements with no way to measure their effect.
Working with a Kyiv team remotely
We work remotely with companies in the UK, the EU and North America: video calls, email, Telegram or WhatsApp, and shared documents for plans and reports. Kyiv is on UTC+2 (UTC+3 in summer), so our working day covers most of the UK and EU business day and the morning on the US East Coast. You get one project manager who is responsible for the timeline.

FAQ
What are integrated advertising services?
They cover planning and running one campaign across several channels with a shared goal, message and budget, and measuring all channels in one report.
What does an integrated advertising agency do that a single-channel contractor does not?
It chooses the channel mix, splits the budget between channels, keeps the message consistent and compares results across channels.
Which channels can be part of the campaign?
Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram through Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, email, SEO and content, plus offline media such as outdoor, print and radio through media vendors you approve.
Is the media budget included in your fee?
Media budget is not included. You pay the ad platforms and media directly or through us under the contract; our fee covers strategy, creatives, setup and management.
How do you measure offline channels?
With dedicated landing pages, promo codes, QR codes and separate phone numbers, so requests from offline media show up in GA4 or the CRM.
Can you run a campaign in the UK, the EU or North America?
Yes. Online channels are managed remotely from Kyiv; for offline media abroad we book with media vendors you approve.
