In short
- Landing page: up to 3 working days. Business or corporate website: up to 10 working days. Online store or app MVP: up to 15 working days.
- Terms start after the brief is agreed and we receive your texts, photos and access details.
- Platforms: WordPress and WooCommerce, Shopify, MODX, Next.js and React, Laravel; apps on Flutter or React Native.
- Every site launches with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console and forms that reach your inbox, Telegram or CRM.
- SEO, Google Ads and support after launch come from the same team, so nobody has to re-learn the project.
What we build
- Landing pages. One page for one offer or ad campaign, with a form and call tracking. See landing page development.
- Corporate and business websites. A page for each service, case studies, team, contacts and a blog. See corporate website and business card sites.
- Online stores. Catalogue, filters, cart, online payment, delivery options and product feeds for Google Merchant Center. See turnkey online store.
- Industry websites. Ready structures for clinics, law firms, schools, real estate, charities and other niches, based on what their clients search for.
- Mobile apps. iOS and Android apps on Flutter or React Native with a Firebase or Laravel/Node back end. See mobile application development.
- Telegram Mini Apps and chatbots. Catalogues, bookings and payments inside Telegram, plus AI assistants on the OpenAI, Claude or Gemini APIs. See Telegram Mini Apps and chatbot development.
- Redesign and migration. A new design or platform for an existing site with 301 redirects, so search rankings survive the move. See website redesign.

Which platform do we choose?
The platform follows the task. WordPress or MODX suit content websites that your staff will edit every week. WooCommerce and Shopify cover most online stores; for Ukrainian shops we connect Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, LiqPay, WayForPay, Monobank acquiring and Checkbox fiscal receipts. Next.js with React fits fast marketing sites and web apps with custom logic. Laravel works for portals, personal accounts and integrations. We explain the choice in the estimate, so you know who can maintain the site later.
How a web project goes
- Brief and structure. We agree goals, pages and functions and collect search queries for the page structure.
- Prototype and design. You see the layout of key pages before any code is written.
- Development. We build on the chosen platform and connect forms, payments and analytics.
- Content and SEO base. Texts, meta tags, schema.org markup, sitemap and page speed checks.
- Launch and support. We move the site to your domain, test forms and stay on for support.
How long does website development take?
In our experience a landing page is usually ready within 3 working days, a business or corporate website within 10 working days, and an online store or the first working version of a mobile app within 15 working days. The clock starts once the brief is agreed and we have your materials.
Large projects with integrations, personal accounts or data migration are scheduled after the technical specification. What slows a project most often: texts and photos arriving late, and long approval rounds on design.
What affects the cost
We send an estimate after a short brief. The price depends on:
- type of project and number of unique page templates;
- template-based or custom design;
- functions and integrations: payments, delivery, CRM, personal accounts;
- number of languages;
- whether we write the texts and prepare the photos.
What we need from you
- A short description of the business, the audience and the main goal of the site.
- Examples of sites you like and competitors you watch.
- Logo, brand colours, texts and photos, or a request for us to prepare them.
- Access to the domain and hosting, or permission to register them for you.
What you get and how we measure it
You receive a working site and the data to judge it:
- the site on your domain with admin access and short instructions;
- GA4 and Google Tag Manager with events for forms, calls and messenger clicks;
- Search Console with the sitemap submitted;
- a report on page speed and Core Web Vitals at launch.
Why a contracted team
Most problems we fix on sites built by others come from the same gaps:
- the domain or hosting registered to a former contractor, and the client cannot move the site;
- forms that send leads to an address nobody reads;
- no analytics, so nobody knows which channel brings clients;
- a redesign without redirects that loses years of search traffic.
Working with a Kyiv team remotely
We work remotely with companies in the UK, the EU and North America: video calls, email, Telegram or WhatsApp, and shared documents for plans and reports. Kyiv is on UTC+2 (UTC+3 in summer), so our working day covers most of the UK and EU business day and the morning on the US East Coast. You get one project manager who is responsible for the timeline.
