Business plan for a grant or a bank

Ukrainian and international grant programmes and banks each have their own template and assessment criteria. In our experience a business plan usually takes 3–6 weeks. The term depends on how complete your data is, the depth of market research and the number of scenarios in the financial model.

When a grant or bank deadline is close, we agree a shortened schedule at the start and prioritise the sections the reader checks first.
