Many support requests come from companies whose developer has left. In that case we first collect all access details, check who owns the domain and hosting, and make a full backup. Then we read the code, list outdated components and risky custom changes, and give you a report with what needs fixing now and what can wait. Only after that do we agree the monthly plan. This way you know the real state of the site, and we take responsibility for a system we understand.

If the site is too outdated to maintain, we say so and offer a redesign or migration with redirects that keep search traffic.

How quickly do you respond to requests?

Response times are set in the agreement. In our experience, urgent problems such as a site being down or forms not working are usually started the same business day, and routine tasks are scheduled within a few days.

The time to fix depends on the cause: a hosting outage, an expired certificate or a broken plugin are resolved differently, and some depend on the hosting provider or third-party services.

What affects the cost of website support

We quote after the audit. The price depends on:

platform and the state of the code;
