Sales call analysis is a regular review of manager calls against a checklist: how they open, find needs, present, handle objections and agree the next step, with a report that shows where deals are lost and what to fix.

In short
- We listen to a sample of calls per manager and score each against an agreed checklist.
- The report shows weak stages, typical mistakes and examples from real calls.
- Scripts and objection answers are updated based on what clients actually say.
- Recordings come from your IP telephony or CRM; AI transcription speeds up the review of large volumes.
- The first report is usually ready within a week or two after we receive recordings.
What call analysis includes
- Checklist. Criteria for each call stage, agreed with the head of sales.
- Call sample. Incoming, outgoing, successful and lost calls for each manager.
- Scoring. Score for each criterion, with time codes of mistakes.
- Transcription. AI transcripts of calls for search by keywords and objections.
- Objection map. Objections clients raise and how managers answer.
- Report. Results per manager and per stage, with examples and recommendations.
- Script updates. Changes to scripts and objection answers.
- Feedback sessions. Review of calls with managers, focused on fixes.
Why an outside reviewer
When the head of sales reviews calls, managers often take the review as criticism from their boss and change little. An outside reviewer scores everyone by the same checklist and brings examples from calls in other companies. The owner gets an independent picture of the department, and managers get specific fixes.
What we listen for
Does the manager introduce themselves and the company clearly? Do they ask about the task before presenting? Do they hear the objection or talk over it? Is the price named with its value, or apologised for? Does the call end with a date and a next step? We also note what clients ask about most often: these questions go into the website FAQ, ads and commercial proposals, so marketing and sales speak the same language. Calls that ended in a sale are used as training examples.
How call analysis goes
- Checklist. Criteria for each call stage.
- Recordings. Sample of calls from telephony or CRM.
- Scoring. Listening, transcripts and scores.
- Report. Weak stages and examples.
- Fixes and review. Script updates and feedback sessions.
How long does it take?
In our experience the first report is usually ready within one to two weeks after we receive access to recordings. After that, analysis can run monthly with a smaller sample to track progress.
The term depends on the number of managers, the volume of calls and whether recordings are already in the CRM.
What affects the cost
We quote after agreeing the checklist. The price depends on:
- number of managers and calls in the sample;
- call language and length;
- one-time review or monthly analysis;
- script updates and training sessions.
What we need from you
- Access to call recordings in telephony or CRM.
- Current scripts and sales stages.
- An hour with the head of sales to agree the checklist.
- Consent from managers, in line with your call recording policy.
How we measure the result
We compare the next reviews with the first one:
- average score per manager and per stage;
- share of calls with an agreed next step;
- conversion from call to meeting or payment in the CRM;
- frequency of the most costly mistakes.
Why order analysis from a team
Call reviews done occasionally rarely change results:
- random calls without a checklist;
- feedback that sounds like punishment;
- findings that never reach the scripts;
- no repeat review, so nobody sees progress.
Working with a Kyiv team remotely
We work remotely with companies in the UK, the EU and North America: video calls, email, Telegram or WhatsApp, and shared documents for plans and reports. Kyiv is on UTC+2 (UTC+3 in summer), so our working day covers most of the UK and EU business day and the morning on the US East Coast. You get one project manager who is responsible for the timeline.

How many calls do you review?
We agree a sample per manager that covers incoming, outgoing, successful and lost calls; the size depends on call volume.
Do you use AI to analyse calls?
Yes. AI transcription speeds up the search for objections and keywords; scoring and conclusions are done by a person.
Can you analyse calls in English?
Yes. We review calls in English, Ukrainian and Russian.
What do managers get?
Specific feedback with time codes, updated scripts and a review session.
Can analysis run monthly?
Yes. Monthly analysis tracks progress and catches new problems early.
Is recording sales calls legal?
Companies usually inform callers at the start of the call and have an internal policy on recording and storage. Check the rules for your market with your lawyer; we work only with recordings you are entitled to share.
