Which platform should the website use?

For service and corporate websites we usually choose WordPress or MODX: the admin panel is easy for a manager and SEO is fully configurable. Stores run on WooCommerce or Shopify with LiqPay, WayForPay or Monobank payments and Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta delivery APIs. Services with customer accounts use Laravel or Next.js. Which languages does a Kyiv website need?

Ukraine's law on the state language requires the website of a company serving consumers in Ukraine to have a Ukrainian version that loads by default. English and other versions are allowed in addition. Each language version gets its own URLs and hreflang markup so Google shows the right language.
