Building a Website for a Dental Clinic

A dental clinic website helps patients find the treatment, see the dentist and a price guide, and book in a few clicks. We build a clinic site with online booking in up to 10 working days.

In short

  • The essentials: treatment pages, experienced dentists, prices or a guide, and online booking.
  • Trust comes from the licence, clinic photos, qualified dentists and Google reviews.
  • Medical advertising in Ukraine is restricted by Article 21 of the Law on Advertising, and we write copy with that in mind.
  • Patients come from Google Business Profile, SEO by treatment and area, and Google Ads.
  • Timing: landing up to 3, clinic site up to 10 working days after brief and materials.

What should a dental clinic website include?

Patients choose a clinic based on three questions: do they offer the treatment, who is the dentist, and roughly what does it cost. The site structure answers them:

  • A page for each treatment: implants, veneers, braces and aligners, root canal treatment, children's dentistry, whitening, hygiene. Stages, treatment time, contraindications and a price guide.
  • Dentists. Photo, specialism, education, courses, experience.
  • Prices. A price list or "from" prices for main treatments. Patients book more often when they see the price range.
  • Online booking. Choose treatment, dentist and time, with confirmation by Viber or Telegram.
  • The clinic. Photos of rooms and equipment (CBCT, microscope, intraoral scanner, whatever you have), licence, address, parking.
  • Reviews: a link to the clinic's Google listing. Before/after photos only with written patient consent and after a check by the clinic's lawyer.

What rules apply to dental advertising?

In Ukraine, Article 21 of the Law on Advertising restricts advertising of treatment methods: you cannot claim a guaranteed effect, refer to specific successful treatment cases or publish patient thank-you stories describing results. On clinic sites we write treatment pages informatively: what is included, how treatment goes, what affects the timeline. The Ministry of Health medical practice licence number goes in the footer and on the About page. Clinics abroad follow their own regulator's rules, which we check before writing.

Landing page or multi-page site?

A landing page suits one treatment and paid ads, such as "dental implants in [district]". A multi-page site is for clinics that want patients from search: every treatment, dentist and article is a separate entry point from Google.

How long does it take to build a dental website?

From our experience: a treatment landing page takes up to 3 working days, a clinic site up to 10 working days. Timing starts once the brief is agreed and we have the treatment and price list, photos of dentists and the clinic, and texts or answers to our brief. If booking must sync with the clinic's practice management software through an API, we set the timing after the brief.

How does online booking work?

The patient picks a treatment, a dentist and a free slot. The request reaches the front desk in the CRM or Telegram, and the patient gets a confirmation and a reminder the day before. GA4 and Google Tag Manager track "booking" and "phone click" events, so you see where patients come from.

What platform do we use?

WordPress or MODX, so the front desk can update prices and dentists. For complex booking across several chairs we build it on Laravel. Photos are compressed to WebP and we check Core Web Vitals so the site loads fast on phones.

How do you promote a dental clinic website?

  • Google Business Profile. A clinic listing with photos, services and replies to reviews. For "dentist near me" Google shows the map first.
  • SEO by treatment and area: "dental implants [city]", "children's dentist [district]". First noticeable results take about 3 months.
  • Google Ads for high-value treatments. Ads go live within a few working days after we get access.
  • Articles answering patient questions: how long an implant lasts, whether braces hurt.

A project from our portfolio

For Dental Clinic we created the site design and structure, added an online front desk booking block, and optimised the copy and meta tags.

FAQ

How much does a dental clinic website cost?

It depends on the number of treatments and dentists, online booking, practice software integration, copy volume and design. We give an estimate after a brief.

How long does it take?

A landing page takes up to 3 working days, a clinic site up to 10 working days after the brief is agreed and we have the materials.

Can I publish before and after photos?

With care. In Ukraine, Article 21 of the Law on Advertising bans references to specific successful treatment cases in advertising of treatment methods. If a clinic chooses to show such photos, it needs written patient consent, a neutral caption with no promises and a check by the clinic's lawyer.

Should a clinic show prices on its site?

A "from" price for main treatments helps: patients understand the range and book consultations more often.

How do you promote a dental website?

Google Business Profile, SEO by treatment and area, Google Ads for key treatments, and articles answering patient questions.
