Clinic and medical centre website development at Marketing MIX is a site where a patient finds the service, the doctor and a free slot, trusts the clinic and books a visit. We build them for private clinics in one specialty and for multi-department medical centres.

In short
- For private clinics in one specialty and for medical centres with several departments, a lab and branches.
- Each procedure gets its own page: indications, preparation, how it goes, recovery, the doctor who performs it.
- Booking by form, phone, Telegram or WhatsApp, with every request tracked in GA4.
- In our experience, the site is ready in up to 10 working days after the brief and materials.
- Local SEO and Google Business Profile help patients nearby find the clinic on Maps.
What a clinic website includes
- Procedure pages. One page per procedure or condition, written from your doctors' input and approved by them.
- Doctor profiles. Education, certificates, experience and the procedures each doctor performs.
- Booking. A short form with name and phone, messenger buttons and a callback request; optionally a booking widget.
- Trust elements. Licence details, equipment, clinic photos, patient reviews from Google with their consent.
- Mobile layout. Most patients open a clinic site from a phone, so we design for the phone first.
- Local SEO. Google Business Profile, map, address markup and schema.org MedicalClinic.
- Analytics. GA4 and GTM with events for bookings, calls and messenger clicks.

Private clinic or multi-department medical centre?
A clinic in one specialty competes on the doctor and the procedure. Patients compare a specific laser correction, a specific IVF programme or a specific dermatologist, so the site goes deep into each procedure.
A medical centre with many departments needs navigation by department, doctor and service, often across hundreds of pages. For such centres we add:
- Linked departments, services and doctors. A patient can start from a symptom, a specialist or a service and reach the same booking form.
- Check-ups and lab tests. Programmes with their list of tests and doctors, so patients compare them without calling.
- Branches and licence data. Addresses, opening hours, maps, licence details and the legal entity for each branch.
- Booking from your medical information system. The booking widget or API of your system, where the vendor provides one.
- CRM. Requests go to KeyCRM, HubSpot, Pipedrive or email with the page and department they came from.
Before/after photos, reviews and statements about results fall under medical advertising rules: in Ukraine, Article 21 of the Law "On Advertising"; in the UK, section 12 of the CAP Code. We place them only with written patient consent and with wording your medical director approves. For dentistry there is a separate page on dental clinic websites.
How the work goes
- Brief. We agree on procedures, doctors and the patients you want more of.
- Structure and prototype. Page map and wireframes of the home, procedure and doctor pages.
- Design. Visual style in your brand colours, calm and readable.
- Development. Layout, CMS, booking, analytics, markup.
- Texts and approval. We write or edit texts; the doctors approve them.
- Launch. SSL, Search Console, Google Business Profile, handover.
How long does it take to build a private clinic website?
In our experience, a private clinic website is usually ready in up to 10 working days after the brief is approved and we have your materials: texts, photos, logo and access to the domain. That covers structure, design, development, content upload, basic on-page SEO and analytics.
The timeline depends on how fast you approve the prototype and design, whether the texts are ready or we write them, and the number of languages. Larger projects with integrations, personal accounts or data exchange with other systems get a timeline after the brief, once the scope is fixed. Search traffic comes later: with SEO, first noticeable results usually take about 3 months.
What affects the price
We send an estimate after the brief. The main factors:
- the number of departments, procedures and doctor profiles;
- custom design or an adapted template;
- booking widget or CRM integration;
- copywriting and photography;
- number of languages.
What we need from you
- A short brief: who your clients are, which services matter most, which sites you like and why.
- Texts, photos and documents you already have; we write or edit the rest.
- Your logo and brand colours, if they exist.
- Access to the domain and hosting, or we register them for you.
- One contact person who approves the prototype, design and texts within a day or two.
- Licence details and doctors' credentials.
What you get and how it is measured
You see the numbers in your own accounts:
- booking requests and calls in GA4, split by procedure page;
- impressions and clicks in Search Console for procedure queries;
- views, calls and route requests in Google Business Profile.
Why this is work for a team under contract
A clinic site that brings no patients usually has one of these problems:
- one generic "Services" page instead of a page per procedure;
- forms that ask for ten fields, so patients call a competitor;
- reviews and claims that break medical advertising rules;
- no analytics, so nobody knows which procedure brings bookings.
Working with a Kyiv team remotely
We work remotely with companies in the UK, the EU and North America: video calls, email, Telegram or WhatsApp, and shared documents for plans and reports. Kyiv is on UTC+2 (UTC+3 in summer), so our working day covers most of the UK and EU business day and the morning on the US East Coast. You get one project manager who is responsible for the timeline.
