Website development in Dnipro

We start a Dnipro company website with its sales process: the catalogue, the data a customer sends for a quote and where the lead goes. A website takes up to 10 working days, an online store up to 15.
In brief
- For B2B companies in Dnipro the key elements are a catalogue with specifications and a quote request form.
- Leads go to KeyCRM, HubSpot or Pipedrive with source and UTM tags.
- Timelines: landing page up to 3, website up to 10, online store up to 15 working days after brief and materials.
- Stack: WordPress, WooCommerce, MODX, Laravel; for stores, Nova Poshta API, LiqPay and WayForPay.
- We work remotely from Kyiv under a written contract.
What kind of website does a Dnipro company need?
Dnipro has many manufacturing, trading and logistics companies. Their customers compare specifications, request quotes and agree on configurations with a sales manager. The website should shorten that path.
- A filterable catalogue. Categories, specifications, units of measure, downloadable documents and certificates.
- Quote requests. A form with the fields a manager needs: volume, dates, delivery city, a specification file.
- Service and industry pages. A separate page for each line of business so Google can find it.
- Contacts and map. Warehouse or office address, Google Business Profile, messengers.
How should you organise the catalogue and prices?
Items with a fixed price get a regular product page with a cart. Items priced individually get a “Request a price” button and a note on what the quote depends on.
A catalogue with hundreds of items is easier to load from a spreadsheet or an export from your accountant’s accounting system. Agree in advance who is responsible for prices and stock. For marketplace sales we set up feeds for Prom and Rozetka.
What should a B2B product page include?
A buyer in production or procurement is looking for facts. The product page answers their questions without a call:
- technical specifications in a table with units of measure;
- compatibility, package contents, available versions;
- certificates, data sheets and manuals as PDFs;
- minimum order, delivery and payment terms;
- a “Request a quote” button with the product already filled in.
Pages like these index better in Google: each item has a unique description and Product schema.org markup.
Where do the leads go?
Every lead goes to email and to your CRM: KeyCRM, HubSpot or Pipedrive. The deal card shows which page and channel the customer came from. That tells you which ads pay off.
Before launch we send test leads from a phone and check that the manager receives every field.
What do we need from you to start?
A list of categories with one or two completed product examples, your logo, product photos, sales contacts and domain access. If your catalogue lives in an accounting system or a spreadsheet, send us an export and we will estimate the work from it.
How do we work with companies from Dnipro?
The Marketing MIX office is in Kyiv, at 77 Velyka Vasylkivska Street. We work with clients from other cities remotely: a call, a brief, a specification, online mockup approval and acceptance against a checklist. There is no need to travel to Kyiv.
- A 30–40 minute call: the task, your customers, your competitors.
- Brief and estimate: pages, features, integrations, timeline.
- Design and copy: we approve the first screen and a key page together.
- Development, content, GA4, GTM and Search Console setup.
- Acceptance, launch, handover of access and an editor’s guide.
How long does it take to build a website?
A landing page takes up to 3 working days, a business card or corporate site up to 10 working days, an online store up to 15 working days. Timelines start after the brief is approved and materials are received. For projects with integrations we give the timeline after the brief.
The cost depends on the number of pages, languages, catalogue size and integrations. We prepare an estimate after the brief.
A Dnipro project in our portfolio
For a Dnipro non-profit that runs events for children we built a news website styled after the city’s landscapes. See the Ilove Dnipro case study. More work is in our portfolio.
FAQ
Do you build catalogue sites without a cart?
Yes. B2B companies usually need a catalogue with specifications and a quote form, with no cart or checkout.
Can products be imported from our accounting system?
Yes, via an export file or API. We agree the exchange format in the brief and give the timeline after it.
Can I order a website remotely, without meeting?
Yes. Calls, mockup approval and acceptance all happen online. We sign a contract with your company or sole proprietorship.
Can you help promote the site in Dnipro?
Yes. We set up SEO and Google Business Profile for queries that include the city name. The first noticeable SEO results usually appear after about 3 months.
How much does a catalogue website cost?
The cost depends on the number of categories and items, filters, languages and CRM or accounting system integrations. Send a sample product and your catalogue structure, and we will estimate the price and timeline after the brief.
