Pick the website type by its job. A landing page collects leads for one offer, a brochure site presents the company, a corporate site covers several services, a store sells a catalogue. Type sets structure, timing and budget.
In short
- One service and paid ads: a landing page, up to 3 working days.
- A small company or specialist: a brochure site, up to 10 working days.
- Several services and SEO: a corporate website, up to 10 working days.
- A catalogue with online payment: an online store, up to 15 working days.
- Timing starts once the brief is agreed and materials are in.
What types of websites are there?
| Type | Best for | Build time |
|---|---|---|
| Landing page | One service or product, ad campaign, promotion | up to 3 working days |
| Brochure site | Specialist, small company, offline business | up to 10 working days |
| Corporate website | Company with several services and departments | up to 10 working days |
| Online store | Selling a catalogue with cart and payment | up to 15 working days |
These are timings from our experience, counted after the brief is agreed and we receive texts, photos, logo and access. Projects with integrations into accounting systems or custom logic are estimated after the brief.
When do you need a landing page?
A landing page is one page for one offer. It is built for Google Ads or Meta Ads traffic: a person clicks the ad and sees the offer, arguments, reviews and a form straight away. It launches fast and is easy to test: change the headline, watch the conversion rate.
The downside is weak SEO reach. One page cannot answer dozens of different queries.
When is a brochure site enough?
A brochure site has 3–7 pages: about, services, work, contacts. It suits tradespeople, doctors, lawyers and small studios. The job is simple: someone hears about you, finds the site, sees your experience and calls. A Google Business Profile listing complements it.
When do you need a corporate website?
You need one when you offer several services and each has search demand. A page per service, a case studies section, a blog answering customer questions, careers. This is the base for SEO, since each page can rank for its own group of queries.
When do you need an online store?
When you sell dozens of products or more and buyers want to choose and pay on their own. For Ukraine the standard set is a filtered catalogue, cart, LiqPay, WayForPay or Monobank payments, Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta delivery via API, Checkbox fiscal receipts and product feeds to Prom and Rozetka. Orders flow into a CRM such as KeyCRM.
Which platforms do we use?
We choose the platform for the job. WordPress and WooCommerce for sites and stores the client edits. Shopify for stores that need a quick start. MODX is our long-standing platform and runs this site. Next.js and React for fast sites with custom interfaces. Laravel when the business logic is custom. For apps, see mobile application development with Flutter or React Native.
How do you choose without a mistake?
- Describe where visitors will come from: ads, search, social media, referrals.
- Count your services or products. One means a landing page, several a corporate site, a catalogue a store.
- Decide who will update the content. That decides the platform.
- Plan for growth. A landing page can later become a section of a corporate site.

FAQ
How long does it take to build a website?
From our experience: a landing page takes up to 3 working days, a brochure or corporate site up to 10, an online store up to 15 working days after the brief is agreed and materials are received.
Which is better for ads: a landing page or a multi-page site?
For one service and paid ads a landing page usually wins. For SEO and several services you need a multi-page site with a page per service.
What affects the cost of a website?
The number of pages and templates, design, integrations (payments, delivery, CRM) and whether texts and photos are ready. We quote after the brief.
Can a landing page grow into a full website later?
Yes. It becomes a service page on the corporate site, and its copy and reviews move with it.
Which CMS should I choose?
WordPress or WooCommerce if you edit content yourself. Shopify for a quick store launch. Next.js or Laravel for custom logic.
