Corporate website development gives a company an official site with a page for every service, case studies, team, documents and contacts, built to be found in Google and to turn visits into requests. We build one in up to 10 working days.

In short
- A corporate website is usually ready within 10 working days after the brief is agreed and materials are received.
- Structure follows search demand: one page per service or product line, each with its own title and FAQ.
- Platforms: WordPress, MODX or Next.js; multilingual versions with hreflang.
- Forms and calls go to email, Telegram or CRM (KeyCRM, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and are tracked in GA4.
- The price depends on templates, languages and integrations; the estimate comes before the contract.
What a corporate website includes
- Analysis. Your services, clients, competitors and the queries buyers type into Google.
- Structure. Home, service pages, case studies, about, team, careers, news, documents and contacts.
- Prototype and design. Layouts for desktop and mobile in your brand style.
- Development. Responsive front end, CMS with simple editing, forms with spam protection.
- Languages. English, Ukrainian and other versions with correct hreflang tags.
- SEO base. Meta tags, headings, schema.org Organization and Service markup, sitemap, speed checks.
- Analytics. GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, events for forms, calls and messenger clicks.
- Handover. Admin access, instructions and support after launch.
Who needs a corporate website?
Companies with several services or products, B2B suppliers, manufacturers, law and accounting firms, security and defence companies, and any business that sells to partners who check the supplier before the first call. For them the site answers the questions a buyer asks: who you are, what you do, for whom, and where the proof is. A one-page landing works for a single offer; a corporate site covers the whole company.
How we build a corporate website
- Brief and analysis. Services, clients, competitors and search queries.
- Structure and prototype. Page map and wireframes of key pages.
- Design. Desktop and mobile layouts in your brand.
- Development and content. CMS, forms, languages, texts and photos.
- Launch and analytics. Domain, SSL, GA4, Search Console and final tests.
How long does a corporate website take?
In our experience a corporate website is usually ready within 10 working days after the brief is agreed and we receive your texts, photos and documents. A site with a large product catalogue, integrations with an ERP or your accountant’s accounting system, or a personal account is scheduled after the technical specification.
The main factor is how quickly materials and approvals arrive. When the texts are not ready, our copywriter writes them in parallel with development.
What affects the cost
We quote after the brief. The price depends on:
- number of sections and unique page templates;
- number of language versions;
- custom design or adaptation of a ready layout;
- integrations: CRM, accounting system, job boards, maps;
- volume of texts and photos we prepare.
What we need from you
- Company description, list of services and target clients.
- Logo, brand guidelines, photos of the team and premises.
- Documents you want to publish: licences, certificates, registration details.
- One person on your side who approves the prototype, design and texts.
What you get and how we measure it
After launch you can see how the site performs:
- requests from forms, calls and messengers counted in GA4;
- search queries and impressions for each page in Search Console;
- page speed and Core Web Vitals at launch;
- a site your staff can update without a developer.
Why a contracted team
A corporate site represents the company to partners and banks, and mistakes are visible:
- outdated or contradictory contact details across pages;
- no pages for individual services, so the site is found only by brand name;
- a language version made with machine translation and never checked;
- no access to the domain when the contractor leaves.
Working with a Kyiv team remotely
We work remotely with companies in the UK, the EU and North America: video calls, email, Telegram or WhatsApp, and shared documents for plans and reports. Kyiv is on UTC+2 (UTC+3 in summer), so our working day covers most of the UK and EU business day and the morning on the US East Coast. You get one project manager who is responsible for the timeline.
Why clients trust us
- More than 10 years in digital. Marketing MIX has been building websites and running marketing for over a decade, with the portfolio to show for it.

- One team for the whole chain. Strategy, website, SEO, ads and analytics sit with one team, so nothing gets lost between contractors.
