Building a Website for a Residential Complex

A residential complex website sells apartments: floor plans and prices, construction progress, documents and location, then leads for the sales team. We build a landing page in up to 3 working days, a multi-page site in up to 10.

In short

  • The core feature is apartment search by layout, area, floor and price.
  • Trust comes from documents, dated construction photos and a clear completion date.
  • Landing page for one phase and ads; multi-page site for SEO and several buildings.
  • Leads go to the sales CRM, calls are tracked by channel.
  • Timing: landing up to 3, site up to 10 working days after brief and materials.

What should a residential complex website include?

Apartment buyers compare several complexes and come back to a site many times. They need clear answers:

  • Floor plans and apartment search. Filters for rooms, area, floor, section and price. Status for each unit: available, reserved, sold.
  • Location. A map with schools, kindergartens, transport, shops and time to the city centre.
  • Construction progress. Dated photos and video, updated monthly.
  • Documents. Permits, developer details and links to records in Ukraine's Unified State Electronic System in Construction.
  • Purchase terms. Instalments, mortgages and the state eOselia programme if the complex takes part.
  • Sales office contacts. Phone, messengers, showroom address and a viewing request form.

Landing page or multi-page site for a complex?

A landing page suits one phase or the start of sales. One page with the complex's strengths, layouts, location and a form. For Google Ads and Meta Ads traffic that is enough.

A multi-page site suits a developer with several buildings or phases and SEO plans. Separate pages for each building, apartment types, construction news and documents. Such a site can rank for queries like "new builds in [district]" or "one-bedroom apartment in [complex]".

How long does it take to build a complex website?

From our experience: a landing page takes up to 3 working days, a multi-page developer site up to 10 working days. Timing starts once the brief is agreed and we have layouts, renders, texts and documents. If units sync automatically from the developer's CRM or accounting system, we set the timing after the brief.

What do we need from the developer?

  • Floor plans in vector or PDF and a list of units with areas and statuses.
  • Renders and photos, logo and brand colours.
  • Documents cleared for publication.
  • Payment terms: instalments, mortgages, offers.
  • Access to the CRM and ad accounts if they exist.

How do you connect the site to sales?

Each lead goes to a CRM such as KeyCRM, HubSpot or Pipedrive, tagged by source: ads, search, social. Calls go through call tracking such as Ringostat to show which channel drives them. GA4 and Google Tag Manager record events: form submits, unit reservations, phone clicks. This shows cost per lead for every channel.

What do we build it on?

Most complexes work well on WordPress with an apartment catalogue, or on Next.js when you need an interactive unit grid and fast loading. Maps use Google Maps. Renders are compressed to WebP so the site opens fast on phones.

How do you promote a residential complex website?

  • Google Ads: search for "buy an apartment in a new build [city]", Performance Max, remarketing to people who viewed floor plans.
  • Meta Ads: Facebook and Instagram with construction progress video and lead forms.
  • SEO: pages for districts, apartment types and the complex itself. First visible results in about 3 months.
  • Google Business Profile: the sales office listing with photos and reviews.

FAQ

How much does a residential complex website cost?

It depends on the number of buildings and units, the unit grid, CRM integration, page count and design. We quote after the brief.

How long does it take to build?

A landing page takes up to 3 working days, a multi-page site up to 10 working days after the brief is agreed and materials arrive. Integrations with the developer’s systems are estimated after the brief.

Does each complex need its own website?

If complexes sell under different brands with separate ads, yes. With one brand, a single developer site with a section per complex is easier.

Can we update unit statuses ourselves?

Yes. You change status and price in the admin panel, or statuses sync from the CRM automatically.

How do you promote a residential complex website?

Google Ads and Meta Ads bring leads from the first days after launch. SEO for districts and apartment types shows visible results in about 3 months.
