Help Ukraine. Donbas is an all-Ukrainian charitable foundation working in the frontline areas of Donetsk Oblast. We built the foundation a website on MODX, from the brief and design to content and on-page SEO.

Client and task
The foundation brought together donors and volunteers who work in the frontline areas on a permanent basis. Donors and partners need to see where the aid goes. That calls for a clear website with projects and reports.
The task: a site where a visitor understands within a minute what the fund does, which projects are done and how to join.
What we did
- Ran a brief with the fund team and reviewed websites of other charities.
- Built a prototype of pages about the fund, its projects and delivered aid.
- Created a custom design and approved it with the client.
- Coded templates in HTML5 and CSS3 with JavaScript interactions.
- Chose the domain and hosting, installed MODX and filled the site with the fund materials.
- Did on-page SEO and handed the site over to the fund team.

Result
