Client and brief
Karolina Mezhenska has run a private notary practice since 2005. She decided to move the practice online and set the brief: a respectable website that reflects the experience of the practice.
A notary’s website must show notarial services, required documents and contacts quickly. Notary advertising is limited by professional ethics rules, so the copy stays factual, with no “special offers”.
What we did
- prototype, design and front-end of the corporate website;
- a keyword map covering as many notary service queries as possible;
- content and meta tag optimisation for those keywords;
- a block for new services;
- link building;
- Google Ads campaigns.
Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, responsive layout, on-page SEO, Google Ads.
Result
The case result card records 500 visits before and 3,338 after. In her feedback Karolina Mezhenska singled out the SEO team: “we now have twice as many clients”.

SEO usually shows first noticeable results in about 3 months; Google Ads campaigns go live a few working days after we get access.
